Product Description:

LDT-PS150 High Speed Pocket Spring Coiling Machine is used to produce pocket springs for high class mattress. The machine adopts the newly designed fast spring conveying method, advanced servo control and steel wire preheat treatment technology, which greatly increases the production capacity . The parameters of the pocket springs are easy to set, the height range of the spring strip is wide, and the quality of the finished products is stable.It can complete the four major processes of spring winding forming, heat treatment, compression into the pocket, and ultrasonic non-woven fabric sealing bag. Digital control, fully automated production, without the need for operators to be on duty at all times, usually one operator can manage more than 3 pocket spring machines.
